AMEN Lab handles support by email. One address, read by the people who build the software.
How to reach us
Write to dev@amen-lab.com. That address covers support, product questions, privacy requests, and company enquiries; there is no separate queue for each. AMEN Lab is a small independent studio, so there is no telephone line and no ticket system, and we do not publish a response-time commitment we cannot hold to. Messages are read by the people who build the software.
Project G
Project G, the first AMEN Lab product, is currently in development. It has not been released, there is nothing to download, and there is no product support to provide yet. Questions about the project are welcome in the meantime — see the Project G page for its current status.
If you are reporting a problem
These details make a problem much faster to understand:
- What you were trying to do.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- The device and operating-system version you were using.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
Anything you send is handled as described in the website privacy notice.
